1.Overview & Nature of Digital AI Services
Bilix AI (https://toolbilix.online, “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides autonomous AI-driven creator analytics, vision-based thumbnail intelligence, and algorithmic strategy tools.
Immediate High-Cost Compute Provisioning:
Due to the high real-time compute costs (large language models, neural vision models, and infrastructure provisioning) incurred immediately upon subscription activation, all purchases and subscription charges on Bilix AI are non-refundable.
2.No Refunds on Subscriptions & Credits
- ✕No Prorated or Full Refunds: We do not offer partial, prorated, or full refunds for any monthly subscription charges, unused agent runs, or remaining days in a billing cycle once a payment has been successfully processed.
- ✓Immediate Value Delivery: Because access to advanced AI analysis, persistent chat memory, and high-frequency studio limits is provisioned instantly upon payment, all transactions are deemed final.
3.Subscription Cancellation (Self-Service)
We believe in complete freedom and autonomy for creators. You have continuous control over your subscription at all times:
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Bilix AI Account settings (/account → Manage Billing) via the Dodo Payments Customer Billing Portal.
Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your paid tier features and limits until the end of your current billing period.
Your subscription will not automatically renew for the subsequent billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.
4.Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage creators to reach out to our support team before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Bilix AI account.
