Analysis and retention curves are algorithmic estimates, not guaranteed outcomes.

1.Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Bilix AI (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2.Description of Service
Bilix AI is an AI-powered analytics and strategy platform for YouTube content creators. The Service analyzes publicly available YouTube data and provides AI-generated insights, recommendations, and content strategy assistance.
3.Eligibility & Age Gate
You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use Bilix AI. In accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, Bilix AI does not offer services to or knowingly collect personal data from minors.
By using the Service, you represent and affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4.Account Registration
You must sign in using Google OAuth to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your Bilix AI account.
5.Connecting Your YouTube Channel
Connecting a YouTube channel is optional but required for certain features. By connecting a channel, you authorize Bilix AI to access publicly available data about that channel via the YouTube Data API v3, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect your channel at any time from Settings.
6.AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer
Bilix AI's analyses, insights, predictions, and recommendations (including but not limited to predicted retention percentages, “algorithm velocity” scores, saturation verdicts, and content suggestions) are generated by artificial intelligence based on available data and statistical patterns. They are:
- Estimates, not guarantees. AI-generated predictions about video performance, retention, or virality are not certified analytics and may not reflect actual outcomes.
- Not a substitute for your own judgment. You are responsible for the content you create and publish; Bilix AI provides guidance, not decisions.
- Liability limitation: Bilix AI is not liable for any outcome — positive or negative — resulting from decisions made based on the Service's recommendations.
- Simulated metrics: Where the Service clearly labels output as an “AI estimate” (e.g. the Retention Curve feature), this is explicitly not real YouTube Analytics data, and should be treated accordingly.
7.Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Service's underlying systems or data beyond normal use
- Abuse, circumvent, or attempt to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
- Resell, redistribute, or provide commercial access to the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or channel
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8.Usage Limits
Bilix AI may apply usage limits (such as daily request caps) to certain features to ensure fair access and manage service costs. These limits may change over time, and we'll aim to communicate significant changes clearly within the product.
9.Free Service (For Now)
Bilix AI is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid tiers or subscription plans in the future; separate terms (including billing and refund policies) will apply at that time and will be presented to you before any charge is made.
10.Intellectual Property
Bilix AI, including its branding, design, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of your own YouTube channel, videos, and content. We claim no ownership over your content — we only analyze publicly available data about it to provide our Service.
11.Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers (Google, YouTube API Services, Supabase, and AI infrastructure providers) to operate. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in these third-party services that may affect Bilix AI's availability or accuracy.

By using Bilix AI's YouTube-related features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
You can revoke Bilix AI's access to your Google/YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).
13.Service “As Is”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate or complete.
14.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bilix AI and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, views, or channel growth.
15.Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Account → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, particularly in cases of abuse or unlawful use.
16.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last Updated” date above when changes are made, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
